Convection cooking is fast? Could see only a fan with fan is not blowing the heat? What is it used? I quickly Cook 36 minutes 2 pounds of ham and that Fiedler was hot outside min (18th / kg / cookbook or 2 pounds). What am I missing? The preheating temperature was 325 according to the instructions from cookbooks. Fan just baffles me.
